Additional payments made to upgrade a VPS or other service are non-refundable.
If you upgrade your service and pay an additional amount for the upgrade, that additional upgrade payment cannot be refunded.

Once the applicable refund period has expired, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for submitting their refund request within the applicable refund period.
