This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains how VPSMakers services may and may not be used.
This policy applies to all VPSMakers services, including VPS, RDP, dedicated servers, and other infrastructure services.
By using VPSMakers services, you agree to follow this policy. Otherwise, your server will be suspended, and legal action will be taken.
VPSMakers services must be used for lawful and legitimate purposes.
Customers are responsible for all content, software, applications, websites, files, network traffic, and activities originating from their services.
Customers must not use VPSMakers infrastructure in a way that harms our network, infrastructure, other customers, third parties, or the wider internet.
The following activities are prohibited:
Customers may not use VPSMakers services to gain unauthorized access to computers, servers, websites, networks, accounts, or other systems.
This includes:
Legitimate security research and authorized penetration testing may be permitted when the customer has appropriate authorization, and the activity does not negatively affect VPSMakers’ infrastructure or third parties.
Using VPSMakers services to launch, coordinate, amplify, or participate in DDoS attacks is strictly prohibited.
Customers must not intentionally generate traffic designed to disrupt or disable another network, server, website, or service.
Security testing involving significant traffic must have appropriate authorization and must not affect VPSMakers infrastructure or other customers.
VPSMakers maintains a strict policy against spam and email abuse.
Customers may not use our services for:
Customers operating legitimate email services are responsible for maintaining proper authentication, security, mailing practices, and compliance with applicable laws.
Port 25 may be restricted depending on the service, server location, or upstream network provider.
VPSMakers does not guarantee access to port 25.
Customers may request access where available and where the request meets applicable requirements. To request access, you should contact support.
Approval is not guaranteed, and port 25 may be restricted or blocked again if abuse is detected.
Customers may not host, distribute, develop, deploy, or operate malware for malicious purposes.
This includes:
Security research and malware analysis may be permitted when conducted in a controlled and lawful environment and do not create a risk to VPSMakers infrastructure or third parties.
Phishing websites, fake login pages, credential collection systems, impersonation, fraudulent payment pages, and similar activities are strictly prohibited.
Customers may not impersonate VPSMakers, financial institutions, payment providers, governments, companies, individuals, or other organizations for fraudulent purposes.
Customers must respect copyright, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights.
VPSMakers services may not be used to distribute or host content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
VPSMakers may take action when it receives a valid abuse or copyright complaint.
Customers must use VPS resources reasonably and must not intentionally interfere with the operation of VPSMakers infrastructure or other customers services.
Resource abuse may include excessive or sustained usage that causes network congestion, hardware problems, service instability, or performance issues for other customers.
VPSMakers may investigate and take appropriate action when resource usage creates a significant impact on infrastructure.
Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and similar activities must only be performed against systems that the customer owns or has explicit authorization to test.
Scanning or attacking third-party systems without authorization is prohibited.
VPSMakers may suspend activity that creates a security risk or generates abuse complaints.
Customers must not use VPSMakers services to distribute copyrighted material without authorization.
Legal file sharing and legitimate use of peer-to-peer technologies may be subject to network, resource, and abuse restrictions.
VPSMakers may take action when a service is involved in copyright infringement or repeated abuse complaints.
Cryptocurrency mining may be restricted depending on the service, server location, resource usage, and infrastructure provider.
Customers must not perform mining activities that violate the service plan, consume unreasonable resources, or negatively affect VPSMakers infrastructure.
VPSMakers reserves the right to restrict or prohibit mining activities where necessary.
Adult content and gambling-related services may be subject to additional restrictions depending on applicable laws, infrastructure providers, server location, and VPSMakers policy.
Illegal adult content, exploitation, illegal gambling, fraudulent gambling services, and related activities are strictly prohibited.
VPN, proxy, tunneling, and privacy-related services may be permitted when used lawfully.
Customers remain responsible for all traffic passing through their services.
Using these services to hide or facilitate illegal activity does not make that activity permitted.
VPSMakers may restrict services that generate abuse, attacks, spam, fraud, or other prohibited traffic.
VPSMakers may receive abuse reports from network providers, security organizations, copyright holders, law enforcement agencies, customers, or other third parties.
When an abuse report is received, VPSMakers may investigate the affected service.
Depending on the severity of the incident, we may:
Serious abuse may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.
Customers must take reasonable steps to secure their VPS.
If a VPS is compromised and is being used for attacks, spam, malware, or other abuse, VPSMakers may temporarily restrict or suspend the service to protect our infrastructure and other customers.
Customers may be required to secure, reinstall, or otherwise remediate the affected server before service is restored.
VPSMakers may cooperate with valid legal requests from competent authorities where required by applicable law.
We may preserve or disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect our services, customers, or third parties.
VPSMakers determines, in its reasonable discretion, whether an activity violates this Acceptable Use Policy.
Depending on the situation, enforcement actions may include:
VPSMakers is not required to provide advance notice when immediate action is necessary to protect our infrastructure, customers, third parties, or comply with legal requirements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that anyone they authorize to access their VPS also follows this policy.
A customer may be held responsible for prohibited activity performed through their account or server where appropriate.
VPSMakers may update this Acceptable Use Policy when necessary.
Changes will be published on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be updated accordingly.
Continued use of VPSMakers services after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, where permitted by applicable law.
