These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by VPSMakers. By creating an account, placing an order, or using any VPSMakers service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
If you are using VPSMakers services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
VPSMakers provides Virtual Private Servers (VPS), RDP services, and other related hosting and infrastructure services.
The services, available locations, operating systems, resources, prices, and features may vary depending on the product and location selected during the ordering process.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account.
You must notify VPSMakers if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
VPSMakers may request additional information when necessary for payment verification, fraud prevention, security, abuse investigations, or legal compliance.
Services are activated after successful payment and completion of any required verification.
VPS deployment times may vary depending on the product, location, payment method, verification requirements, and current infrastructure availability. But after verification, the deployment time is between 5 and 15 minutes.
The estimated deployment time shown on the website or order page is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Login information and service details will normally be provided to the email address associated with the customer’s account.
Customers may use VPSMakers services for legitimate purposes that comply with applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy.
You are responsible for everything you install, host, transmit, or operate on your VPS or other service.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their operating system, applications, websites, scripts, databases, passwords, firewall rules, and other software installed on their server unless VPSMakers has specifically agreed to manage them.
VPSMakers provides operating systems, control panels, applications, or other software as part of certain services.
Customers are responsible for complying with the licenses and terms applicable to any third-party software they use.
VPSMakers does not guarantee that every third-party application or software package will be compatible with every VPS configuration.
IP addresses are assigned by VPSMakers or its infrastructure providers and remain the property of the relevant network provider.
Customers may request additional IP addresses where available and where the request complies with applicable policies.
VPSMakers may change or replace an IP address when necessary because of network changes, abuse, security issues, provider requirements, or other operational reasons.
Certain ports or network services may be restricted or unavailable depending on the server location or upstream provider.
Port 25 and other restricted services may be subject to additional requirements and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the service page.
Customers are responsible for paying all invoices before their due date.
VPS and RDP services must be renewed within the applicable renewal period stated on the service or invoice.
If a service is not renewed within the allowed period (5 days), VPSMakers may suspend and permanently delete the service and its associated data.
Once a service and its data have been permanently deleted, VPSMakers cannot guarantee recovery.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their invoices and renewal dates.
We will send renewal reminders to the email address associated with the account 7 days before renewal time.
Where automatic renewal is available, customers may subscribe to automatic renewal using an eligible credit card through the VPSMakers website.
By enabling automatic renewal, customers authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected credit card for eligible renewal invoices. The payment provider may process the invoice automatically at the time of renewal, and VPSMakers may send an email confirming the payment and renewal.
Other payment methods, including cryptocurrency payments and VPSMakers wallet credit, do not automatically renew services. Customers using these payment methods must manually renew each server before its renewal deadline.
Customers with multiple servers are responsible for manually renewing each server when automatic renewal is not enabled. If the available wallet balance or payment amount is insufficient to renew all services, one or more servers may remain unpaid, become suspended, and may eventually be deleted in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their credit card remains valid and has sufficient funds for automatic renewal, or that they manually renew their services on time when using another payment method.
Customers may upgrade their VPS when a higher plan is available.
Upgrades may require additional payment and may require a restart or other technical changes depending on the service.
But we don’t have any downgrading option because of technical limitations in allocating hardware resources to virtual machines.
So, if you want to downgrade, you should back up your VPS data and contact sales to replace your service with another service and restore your data on the new server.
VPS services do not include automatic backups unless a backup service is specifically included or purchased.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important data.
VPSMakers is not responsible for data loss resulting from hardware failure, software problems, security incidents, accidental deletion, suspension, termination, expired services, or other causes.
Customers should maintain independent backups of important files and databases.
VPSMakers may suspend or terminate a service when necessary, including in cases involving:
Where appropriate, VPSMakers may contact the customer and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
However, serious security, legal, or abuse-related incidents may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.
All VPSMakers services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
The Acceptable Use Policy contains detailed rules regarding prohibited activities, including spam, phishing, malware, DDoS attacks, fraud, unauthorized access, and other forms of abuse.
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
